Roman Baths

Bath, Somerset, is home to the well-preserved Roman Baths complex comprising of the Sacred Spring, the Roman Temple, the Roman Bath House itself and the Museum.

Although the baths are beneath street level the building above which is used as the visitors’ entrance was completed in the late 19th century.

I visited the historic town last weekend and saw the Roman Baths for myself…
